The Presidency of the Republic of Tunisia has called on Tunisia’s and the world’s free people to lend a hand to the Palestinian people in their fight against the novel coronavirus COVID-19.
Tunisian President Kais Saied said in a statement marking the 44th Anniversary of the Land Day that the population density in the occupied Palestinian territories and Palestinian refugee camps will affect Palestinians’ ability to cope with the novel coronavirus pandemic.
Tunisia’s Presidency stressed its readiness to do all it can to stand by the Palestinian people, despite its limited resources.
The Tunisian President urged the international humanitarian institutions to live up to their moral and humanitarian obligations regarding the calamitous situation endured by the entire globe.
