10 Palestinian refugees were pronounced dead in March 2020 due to war-related incidents in the Arab Syrian Republic, according to human rights sources.

The London-based Action Group for Palestinians of Syria (AGPS) said in a Saturday report that the list of casualties recorded during the aferemonetioned period includes six Palestinian refugees who were fatally gunned down and four others who died under torture in Syrian government prisons.

Five among the casualties are identified as civilians (non-military). No women or girls figure on the list, added the group.

AGPS has documented the death of over 4,000 Palestinian refugees in Syria, including 484 women and girls, since 2011 as a result of war-related incidents.

Scores of Palestinian refugees have also been left wounded, including dozens who have undergone limb amputation or eye loss.
