30 Palestinian expatriates around the world have succumbed to the novel coronavirus COVID-19 and 678 others have tested positive for the disease, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has reported.
In a Monday statement, the Foreign Ministry said the largest number of infections has been reported in the United States, where the virus claimed the lives of 22 Palestinians and infected 437 others.
At the same time, three Palestinians have died in Spain while five others were pronounced dead in Italy, Holland, Austria, Algeria and Sweden, with one death each.
