63 Palestinians Succumb to COVID-19 Abroad

The number of coronavirus fatalities among Palestinian communities abroad has reached 63, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.

A couple of days earlier, the Ministry said a 51-year-old Palestinian man died of coronavirus in Saudi Arabia. He was identified as Tawfiq Mohammad al-Shaer.

So far, 1,242 Palestinians contracted the virus abroad, according to the Ministry’s database.

The majority of confirmed coronavirus cases has been recorded in the United States.
