COVID-19 Claims Life of Palestinian Refugee in Saudi Arabia

A Palestinian refugee living in Saudi Arabia died of coronavirus, bringing the death toll among Palestinians seeking refuge in the Kingdom to four, reported the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.

The Ministry identified the victim as Palestinian refugee Abdul Rahman Mohammad Odeh, 64.

So far, 13 Palestinians have tested positive for coronavirus in Saudi Arabia and over 1,280 worldwide, according to the Ministry’s database.

70 Palestinians living abroad have, meanwhile, succumbed to the virus and a total of 525 Palestinian patients in the diaspora have recovered.

To date, 3,833,547 people have contracted the virus worldwide and 265,210 others succumbed to the fatal disease. There are 1,306,345 recovered patients.
