Palestinian Expatriate Succumbs to COVID-19 in Saudi Arabia

A Palestinian refugee living in Saudi Arabia has died from the novel coronavirys (COVID-19), raising the total number of deaths among Palestinians abroad to 82, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates reported on Sunday morning.

According to the Ministry’s database, as many as 1,507 Palestinians abroad have tested positive for COVID-19 since the outbreak of the pandemic, of whom 701 have recovered.

So far, the virus has claimed the lives of 4,737,926 people worldwide. The death toll has hit 313,636.
