11 new coronavirus cases have been reported among Palestinian refugees in the United States of America (USA), according to the Palestinian Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ministry.

In a press statement released Wednesday night, the Ministry said that 11 Palestinians tested positive for the virus in Michigan and Ohio states.

The Ministry’s updated figures indicate that the total confirmed cases among Palestinians in the USA has hit 4,059 so far while the death toll stands at 80.

According to the latest coronavirus data, 275 Palestinians taking shelter abroad have succumbed to the lethal disease. The number of confirmed cases is estimated at 6,610.
