99 New Coronavirus Cases Reported among Palestinians Abroad

99 more Palestinians living abroad have contracted COVID-19, bringing the number of confirmed cases among the Palestinian refugee community in the diaspora to 6,709, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has reported.

98 cases were recorded among Palestinians in the United States, where 4,157 Palestinians have been infected with the virus so far. The death toll has hit 80.

Another Palestinian refugee tested positive for COVID-19 in Tunisia, bringing the number of confirmed cases among Palestinians in the North African country to three.

The Ministry’s data indicates that the death toll among Palestinians in the diaspora stands at 275.
