13 New COVID-19 Cases Recorded among Palestinians Abroad

At least 13 more Palestinians living abroad have contracted coronavirus, bringing the total to 6,863, reported the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.

10 Palestinians have tested positive for coronavirus in Venezuela, where 25 cases have been reported among Palestinians taking shelter in the country. The death toll stands at three.

At the same time, two Palestinian refugees contracted the virus in Ukraine, raising the number of COVID-19 cases among Palestinians living in the country to eight.

Another Palestinian caught coronavirus in Colombia, where three Palestinians have tested positive for the virus so far and two have succumbed to the disease.

According to the Foreign Ministry’s database, so far, the virus claimed the lives of 288 Palestinians living in foreign countries.
