Palestinian Refugee Succumbs to Coronavirus Abroad

An elderly Palestinian refugee in the US died of coronavirus on Saturday, bringing the death toll among Palestinians abroad to 334, reported the Palestinian Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ministry.

The Ministry said in a press statement that Palestinian refugee Hussain Mousa, 78, was pronounced dead in the US after he contracted COVID-19.

The virus claimed the lives of at least 100 Palestinians in the US.

So far, 8,767 Palestinians have tested positive for coronavirus abroad, according to the Ministry’s databse. The death toll stands at 334.
