A member of the Palestinian community in Saudi Arabia succumbed to coronavirus on Sunday, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.

The Foreign Affairs Ministry said in a press statement that the victim, aged 58, was pronounced dead weeks after he had contracted the highly-contagious virus in Saudi Arabia.

The Ministry’s database indicates, that 108 Palestinians have died of COVID-19 in Saudi Arabia since the outbreak of the pandemic.
