Eights Palestinians, among several other migrants and asylum-seekers, were detained by the Albanian authorities before they were pushed back to Greek borders, reported human rights sources.

A Palestinian refugee told the London-based Action Group for Palestinian of Syria (AGPS) that the asylum-seekers illegally entered Albania trying to reach a European destination. They were caught by Albanian authorities and sent to custody shortly after.

The migrants were reportedly interrogated for hours before they were pushed back to Greece through a rock-strewn off-road. They have to walk for kilometers to reach Greek territories.
