12 More Palestinians Contract Coronavirus in Italy

12 new COVID-19 cases were recorded among members of the Palestinian refugee community in Italy, reported the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates on Friday.

According to the Foreign Ministry, 233 Palestinians have tested positive for the highly-contagious virus in the European country.

The ministry’s database indicates that 9,273 Palestinians living abroad have contracted the virus since the pandemic outbreak. The death toll stands at 359.
