At least 399 Palestinians sheltered in foreign countries have died of the novel coronavirus, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates.
In a Monday statement, the Ministry said two Palestinian expatriates have just succumbed to COVID-19 in Saudi Arabia. The victims are a 49-year-old woman and a 42-year-old man.
So far, a total of 120 members of the Palestinian community in Saudi Arabia have died of coronavirus.
The Ministry’s database indicates that 13,336 Palestinians have tested positive for the highly-contagious virus since the pandemic outbreak.
