Within one week, nearly 50,000 Palestinians in Gaza have been forced to leave their homes due to heavy Israeli bombardment, reported the Red Cross.

Thousands of Palestinians have become homeless, living at UNRWA schools, hospitals, and streets.

The Red Cross spokeswoman Suheir Zaqout said more than 700,000 Palestinians living in the besieged enclave of Gaza have been left with neither power nor water.
