Dozens of Palestinian students and refugees fleeing war-ravaged Ukraine and stuck on the borders with Poland complained to Palestine’s ambassador to Ukraine, Hashem Dajani, of their precarious situation.

The students have called on the ambassador to work on speeding up their entry into Poland pending their return back home.

Palestinian news agency WAFA said Dajani visited the stranded Palestinians, mainly students, to check on their condition as they wait to be allowed into Poland.

The ambassador met with border officials and urged them to speed up the entry of the Palestinians and ensure their safety.
