The Israeli occupation authorities demolished on Wednesday a Palestinian house and uprooted dozens of trees in Jericho city, to the east of the occupied West Bank.

Local sources said the Israeli military stormed Sama Jericho area and razed a Palestinian houses covering 120 square meters.

The demolished was carried out on claims of unlicensed construction, in an area where Israel rarely, if ever, grants permits to Palestinians wishing to build houses and structures for family use.

At the same time, the Israeli military bulldozer uprooted several trees planted around the house.
