At least 39,677 Palestinians have been killed in the raging Israeli military campaign in the Gaza Strip since 7 October 2023, the Ministry of Health said on Wednesday.

In a statement, the Health Ministry confirmed the killing of 24 more Palestinians and the injury of 11O others in attacks in the Gaza Strip in the past few hours.

Israeli air and ground attacks on the besieged enclave since October 7 have also left 91,645 Palestinians injured, with thousands in critical condition.

Meanwhile, research operations continue as many people are still trapped under rubble and on the roads while rescuers are unable to reach them.
