PRC – London, November 29th 2016
On the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity, the Palestinian Return Centre (PRC) invite the International community and the United Nations to meet their obligations by solving the Arab-Israeli conflict. For almost 7 decades, the majority of the Palestinian people have become a displaced nation in the Diaspora and living in appalling conditions.
The International Day of Solidarity serves as an opportunity and a reminder to direct the international community’s focus on the Palestinian question which continues to be unresolved and that the Palestinian people have not yet attained their inalienable rights, particularly ‘the right to self-determination without external interference, the right to national independence and sovereignty, and the right to return to their homes and property from which they had been displaced.
The Centre cows to continue working for the basic and integral Palestinian rights which is guaranteed by International law. It will also make sure that the Self-Determination of the Palestinian people is a priority on its agenda as well as the implementation of right of return for the millions of Palestinian refugees.
The state of Israel is apparently refusing end their occupation of the Palestinian land and recognise the pain and suffering they inflicted on the Palestinian people. Israeli occupation has followed all war methods against Palestinians such as wars, sieges and other tactics. Indeed, the International community must unite its efforts to end the Israeli occupation and grant Palestinians their full rights.
