PRC ready to hold International Conference on UNRWA

Preparations are well under way and PRC’s management board, staff members, and volunteers are ready to hold an international conference titled UNRWA at 70: Responding to Crises and Building a Just Future on Saturday, November 30.

The conference comes at critical time for UNRWA and for Palestine refugees.

Drawing together UN officials, former UNRWA staff members, pro-Palestine activists, and prominent academics from around the world, the conference will tackle the desperate situation facing Palestine refugees and the most efficient way for UNRWA to continue to operate in support of Palestinians despite the continuous pressure by the US and Israel to end the agency’s mandate.
